The hotel offered dry cleaning services, which came in handy for keeping my clothes looking sharp. there were shops and commercial services on-site for any last-minute needs. we had a fantastic time, with a perfect location just a short walk from epcot and broadwalk. the complimentary transport links were great, making it easy to get around. our 17th floor room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views overlooking the magic kingdom and animal kingdom. the outdoor areas were beautiful, and the transportation was very convenient. the grounds were immaculate, and we found everyone to be super helpful.

The shuttle service was reliable, taking us effortlessly to the parks and Disney Springs. The on-site market provided delicious breakfast options and snacks for on-the-go. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the pool was a refreshing oasis to relax after a day of excitement.

The first floor, where our room was located, had a slight musty smell and felt a bit hot and muggy. We had to crank up the AC to cool the room, but once it kicked in, it was fine.
